Welcome to Blink (“the App”). By using Blink, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blink, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Blink is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including photos and text (“Blinks”).
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

Blink may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
All payments are processed through the App Store. We do not handle payment details directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Blink and its content (excluding your Blinks) are owned by Blink and protected by law.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By uploading, you grant Blink a limited license to store and display your Blinks solely to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Blink and delete your account at any time.

Blink is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or that the App will meet your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blink is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
